2025 Fall Voice Winners

 Saisha Pal has been singing for 12 years. Saisha earned second place in  American Protege Opera Aria, 2nd Prize in the Gabriel Faure World Music  Competition, 2nd place in the San Francisco Innovative Music  Competition, became a semi-finalist in the Music International Grand  Prix Competition, and a finalist in the International Virtuoso Vocal  Competition. She won the special prize in the Amadeus International  Music Competition, and became an honorable mention in the BTHVN Wein  International Competition. She won first place in the King's Peak Music  Competition. Saisha performed as a soloist at Carnegie Hall for her  accomplishments. She is a member of the National Children’s Choir  Scholars Ensemble, and frequently performs at senior centers. 

 Yun Ahn, a 14-year-old vocal music major, discovered her passion for  classical singing at age 12. She explores a wide range of repertoire,  from art songs to opera arias, continually refining her technique, tone,  and expression. Under the mentorship of Sung Yun Min, Yun has developed  strong musical and interpretive skills. Her talent has earned her  first-place awards at the San Francisco International Young Artist  Competition, New York Golden Music Awards, International Music  Competition Barcelona “Grande Prize Virtuoso”, and others. Yun aspires  to become a professional vocalist who moves audiences through the beauty  and emotion of her voice. 

 Erin Chung is a 19 year old Korean American lyric soprano based in  California. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance  at Carnegie Mellon University in Pennsylvania, she studies with  Professor Maria Spacagna. Erin Chung has been awarded internationally by  multiple competitions, including the Hal Leonard Art Song International  Competition and the YoungArts Classical Voice National Competition. 

 Educational Background: Currently studying in the Musical Theatre Department of Shanghai  Conservatory of Music, Class of 2023 Graduated from the Song and Dance Major of Shanghai Theatre Academy  Affiliated Dance School, Class of 2019 Mentors: Zhang Ye, Chen Minjia Artistic Experience Participated in the performance of Loyalty—an "Outstanding Repertoire"  at the 2nd National Excellent Musical Exhibition sponsored by the  Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Took part in the situational musical Fuxing Textile Shop, a supported  project of the theme activity "Pursue Dreams in the New Era · Strive for  New Achievements" organized by the Publicity Department of Huangpu  District Committee. Joined the signing ceremony of the cooperative "Musical Party Class"  between the Musical Theatre Department of Shanghai Conservatory of Music  and Xinhua Road Sub-district, Changning District. Served as a soprano in the M!X Vocal Band of the A cappella Club of  Shanghai Conservatory of Music, with rich experience in A cappella  performances. Became a member of the Dance Club of Shanghai Conservatory of Music,  proficient in various styles of dance. She has received systematic  training in ballet, modern dance, and jazz dance. 

 Born and trained in the United States, Timothy has been seen in over 60  stages across the US and Europe.  He is most notably known for his dark  and rich bass timbre.  Timothy continues to sing in oratorio and  operatic performances.  He is currently the producer and director for A  Night at the Opera, a benefit for the local cancer charity organization. 

Eva Mather is an accomplished, 11 year old singer and actress from San  Diego, CA, USA. Eva’s awards include 1st prize in the 2024 Golden  Classical Music Awards (which led to her debut in Carnegie Hall in March  2024), 2nd prize in the 2024 American Protégé Vocal Competition, 1st  and 2nd prizes in the 2023 Charleston International Contemporary and  18th Century Music competitions. Eva was a semifinalist in the Music  International Grand Prix in 2024. In August 2024, Eva sang the National  Anthem for the San Diego Padres, and in September she will sing the  anthem at the Miramar Air Show.  

NiuNiu Zhang, a 15-year-old vocalist, currently studies at Holton-Arms  School in Maryland. From a very young age, NiuNiu discovered her deep  passion for music. She has been taking vocal lessons from Ms. Sonia Yon  at Sonia Yon’s Vocal Studio in Virginia since 2021 and has achieved  remarkable success in national and international junior vocal  competitions. She has performed at Carnegie Hall in New York as the 1st  place winner of 2022 American Protege International Vocal Competitions  for Musical Theater and the 1st place winner of 2023 & 2024 American  Protege International Vocal Competitions for Opera Aria. She was  awarded first prize in the 2024 "Golden Classical Music Awards"  International Competition. In 2023, she secured second place in several  prestigious opera competitions, including the New York Classical Music  Competition, the Gabriel Faure Music World Competition, and the Fanny  Mendelssohn International Competition. Beyond her musical pursuits, NiuNiu finds joy in playing golf and  volleyball. She would like to thank her family, friends, and teachers,  especially Ms.Sonia Yon, who have supported her on this journey.

She won 2nd place in the San Francisco Innovative Music  Competition, reached the semifinals in the Music International Grand  Prix, and is a finalist in the International Virtuoso Competition.  Saisha won special prize in the Amadeus International Competition and  finalist in the BTHVN Wein International Competition. She performed solo  at Carnegie Hall and is a member of the National Children’s Choir  Scholars Ensemble. 

Ceira is a student at Lynbrook High School and has loved to sing since a  young age. She is excited to take the next step forward in her musical  journey by participating in this competition. She studies voice under  Jace Wittig and is a member of Cantabile Youth Singers' top performing  ensembles, Vocalise and Aria. Outside of singing, Ceira plays saxophone  in the school band and enjoys drawing, literature, and baking. 

Kaycee Kim is a senior student at Waterford School in Utah. From a young  age, Kaycee has been passionate about music, which led her to join the  school troubadour choir for four years. She has performed the winner’s  recital at NYC Opera House and Carnegie Hall three times in  2021,2022,and 2023. She got the Golden classical music award and  American Protégé International Vocal competition in 1st place in 2024.  She shares her talent to different places and events to church and local  community. Her versatility extends beyond classical music, as she is  also deeply engaged in musical theater, demonstrating her wide-ranging  performance abilities. Outside of her musical pursuits, Kaycee enjoys  playing golf, dancing, cooking new recipes, and baking. 

 Kaycee Kim,16 years old and from Utah, USA. Is a junior at Waterford  School.  She was awarded 3rd place in the American protégé International  Competition of Romantic Music 2023. She performed the winner’s recital  at Carnegie Hall. She got the Golden classic music award in 1st place.  She was selected for 2nd place in Elite International Music Competition,  and 1st place in King’s Peak International classical music competition  2022 year. She shares her talent to different places and events. Outside  of her musical pursuits, Kaycee enjoys playing golf, dancing, cooking  new recipes, and baking. 

 Junwoo Noh is a 16-year-old Korean who now attends Cranbrook School in  Michigan, USA. His recent infatuation with classical melodies has  evolved into an enchanting vocal odyssey. The haunting strains of "O del  mio dolce ardor" find a heartfelt resonance in Junwoo's tender notes,  delicately woven with passion.  

 My name is Olga Melnychuk,i am a 21 y.o. ukrainian soprano. I am a 4th  yeat student of the National Music Academy of Ukraine. I am a laureate  of many International music competitions. 

 Soprano, born in Hunan, China, loves singing and always keeps learning. 

 Wang Qiwei: Graduate student of Guangxi Arts Institute, studying with  Prof. Wang Lijuan. He was awarded the second prize in the Youth Group  of Art Song in the Korea-China International Vocal Competition 2023, the  first prize in the International Vocal Competition "Starfall 2023" in  Russia, and the second prize in the final round of the Royal Masse  International Music Competition 2023.
