Hello! My name is Jenny and I hail from Des Moines, Iowa. I've been playing cello since I was 10 years old and still continue my studies. During the day, I work for USA TODAY in digital marketing as a SEO analyst. By night, I'm an amateur cellist. I have played for Des Moines Ballet and am a orchestra member of the Community Des Moines Orchestra. I would like to thank my cello teacher, Xavier Quinn, for pushing me to perform and build my musicality .
When she was a child, the moment she heard the big warm sound of the cello during a little concert at the local music school, Maeve decided to pick this instrument up. Hearing this piece had revealed what she truly yearned for; holding this enormous instrument and being able to produce the same beautiful sound, so surprisingly close to that of a human voice. Ever since that day, Maeve has dedicated herself to the study and practice of the cello under the guidance of her teacher, Fabienne Bascheri at Toulon's Conservatory. Nowadays she likes to play colorful and cunning scores with Emilien Wallace, a crazy pianist. .

I began my musical journey with the celtic harp and choir somewhere in the green North of France. Then I pursued with the classical harp until my graduation (Diplôme d’Études Musicales - end of musical studies) and further (cycle de perfectionnement - development cycle) while I achieved a literary baccalaureate. As I was especially interested by modern letters and classical literature, I made a year of bachelor Lettres et arts vivants (literature and living arts). The various subjects (literary, history and analyticts) contributed to give me a special sensibility to philosophy, theater and poetry. I continued my studies in the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et Danse de Lyon (National Superior Conservatory of music and dance of Lyon) where I made unique encounters that sketched my personality and my artistical thinking
